4. Returns and Exchanges (7-Day Policy)

We want you to love your Thampz purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
3. For exchanges, replacement shipping may take an additional 3–5 business days.
